Owned and managed by Fremantle Ports, Victoria Quay sits on the interim register of heritage places in WA and includes notable landmarks such as the Fremantle Passenger Terminal, B Shed, Maritime Museum of WA and E Shed Markets, amongst others.
The WA Government has earmarked the quay to become a major tourism
A multi-site solution
Equilibrium developed the Victoria Quay website alongside the Fremantle Ports website. Whilst the projects ran concurrently and were developed on a single Sitefinity CMS platform, the target audiences and objectives were markedly different.
Whereas the Fremantle Ports website was intended mainly for the commercial shipping industry, the Victoria Quay website firmly establishes the quay as an exciting retail and tourism destination.
