Satterley's campaign wins Best Property Sales Marketing at 2024 UDIA WA Awards

We're proud to announce that Satterley Property Group has won Best Property Sales Marketing Campaign category at the 2024 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence! This award recognises the remarkable work done for The Glades, a master-planned development in Byford that redefined property marketing.

The Glades campaign redefined property marketing by prioritising emotional connections over traditional product-focused approaches. The campaign was designed to resonate with first-time homebuyers still navigating the aftermath of COVID. Rather than showcasing homes, the strategy focused on conveying a unique and meaningful living experience.

At equ, we are proud to collaborate with Satterley and their creative agency to develop innovative YouTube campaigns. Together, we delivered an emotionally-driven, strategic approach that captured the essence of life at The Glades. 

"We knew we needed to engage a young, tech-savvy audience in a way that felt authentic and relatable," says Cassie Plemic, Performance Marketing Lead at equ. "By leveraging digital-first platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, we created fast-paced, engaging content that captures the essence of everyday life at The Glades."

The campaign stood out with portrait-oriented videos, upbeat music, and real-life stories, focusing on the emotional benefits of living at The Glades. This approach was seamlessly integrated across digital touchpoints, including social media and video platforms, leading potential buyers through the awareness-to-acquisition journey.

In addition to this prestigious award, the campaign delivered impressive results:

  • Significant increases in website traffic, engagement, and social media impressions
  • 52 gross sales in the first period, followed by 55 in the second

Stakeholders and community members praised the campaign’s fresh approach. Blaine Hall-Jones, Satterley's Head of Sales, noted a substantial increase in high-quality leads and sales conversions. The campaign has been lauded for its effectiveness in capturing attention and generating strong sales results.
