Powering up client partnerships at equ
We’re pleased to welcome two new team members to equ who will support the continued growth of our services and play an important role in shaping how we work with clients.
Jon Aindow – Sales & Marketing Director
Jon joins equ from his most recent role at Dapth, bringing broad experience across digital strategy, consulting, and commercial leadership. At equ, Jon will help guide how we take our services to market — supporting the evolution of our offering and ensuring we continue to meet the needs of organisations across different sectors.
He’s known for bridging the gap between business objectives and digital potential — helping to clarify goals, understand challenges, and align the right mix of services to support long-term success. With experience spanning consulting, delivery, marketing, and platform implementation, Jon will work closely with clients to align their goals with the right equ solutions.

Louisa Tyson – Digital Consultant
Louisa joins equ as a Digital Consultant, focused on building new client partnerships. Her role is to support organisations as they explore how equ can help — by listening closely, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the right mix of services across strategy, UX, platform delivery, and digital marketing.
With a background in digital agencies, Louisa brings a wealth of experience, including roles at Southern Cross Austereo, Digital Loop, Seven West, and others, where she worked across integrated marketing, digital media, and client strategy. Her strength lies in building trusted relationships, asking the right questions, and helping clients take confident next steps.
