equ at the 2025 Australian Web Awards

This month, members of the equ team travelled to Melbourne for the 2025 Australian Web Awards — an evening that brought together digital talent from across the country to recognise excellence in web design and development.

We’re proud to share that StudyPerth’s website, designed and developed by equ, was named a winner in the Education category. It’s a meaningful moment for both our teams and a reflection of what can be achieved through close collaboration and a shared vision.

Celebrating people, process and purpose

While the award itself is a milestone, the experience behind it is what makes this win especially significant. From the outset, the StudyPerth project was shaped by a clear goal: to create a digital experience that would engage and support international students, and showcase the vibrancy of studying and living in Western Australia.

Our teams worked closely together—from discovery to design and development—to ensure the end product was more than just functional; it needed to feel welcoming, accessible, and aligned with StudyPerth’s purpose.

Representing equ in Melbourne

Attending the awards in person was a great opportunity to connect with peers in the industry, celebrate great work, and reflect on the quality and impact of digital experiences being produced across Australia.

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists—and a big thank you to the Australian Web Awards team for hosting such a brilliant event.

We’re incredibly proud of the equ team, and equally proud of the long-standing partnership we’ve built with StudyPerth. Wins like this are a reminder of the value of collaboration, shared ambition, and purpose-led digital work.
