At equ, we believe in taking meaningful action to create positive change. As part of our commitment to supporting women in the workforce, we proudly partnered with Dress for Success Western Australia, a global initiative dedicated to helping women achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, career development tools, and mentorship.

Why Dress for Success?

While days like International Women’s Day serve as a reminder of progress, they also offer an opportunity to drive real impact. Dress for Success works tirelessly to support women entering or re-entering the workforce, breaking down employment barriers and fostering confidence. This aligns perfectly with equ’s values of empowerment, inclusivity, and community.

A collective effort: how equ came together 

Thanks to the passion and dedication of our Vibe Tribe, equ rallied together to support this important cause. A special shoutout to Denise Ellul, our incredible Project Account Manager, for leading the charge and ensuring this initiative came to life! Over the past few weeks, our team has contributed professional clothing, helping women access outfits that boost confidence and prepare them for job opportunities.

Beyond clothing donations, our team also encouraged family, friends, and colleagues to get involved, amplifying the impact of this initiative. This collective effort truly highlights what we can achieve when we unite for a greater purpose.

Making a difference: the ongoing impact

Dress for Success Western Australia provides women with:

• Work-appropriate attire for interviews and employment
• Job support mentoring and career workshops
• A supportive network to help them navigate the workforce with confidence
